Pet Care & Health
We take every precaution to ensure your dog’s safety and well-being during grooming. However, Dial a Dog Wash cannot be held liable for any pre-existing conditions discovered during the process. If we notice any health concerns, we recommend consulting a veterinarian.
Severely Matted Coats
If your dog has severe matting, a clip-down may be required. This process can sometimes cause skin irritation, for which we cannot be held responsible.
Aggressive Behaviour
For the safety of both your dog and our groomers, we reserve the right to refuse service to aggressive dogs. If your dog has a history of biting or aggressive tendencies, please inform us in advance. Owners will be held liable for any bites or injuries caused by their dog.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the standard grooming fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the grooming fee.
Payments
We accept cash and card payments at the time of the appointment.
Before Grooming
To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience, please make sure your dog has relieved itself before their grooming session.
Fleas
Charges will apply for cost of flea treatment shampoo and the de-contamination treatment of the van so we may proceed to the rest of the working day.
